Meanwhile, there was a discussion for a long time that Vikrant Massey has been approached for the role of Meghnad. The same things were going on on social media too but now the picture seems to be clear regarding this role.
Will Raghav Juyal enter the role of Meghnad?
According to a report in Variety India, now Raghav Juyal can play the character of Meghnad in the film ‘Ramayana’. It is being told that this role of Raghav will be seen in ‘Ramayana Part 2’ which will be released on Diwali of 2027. Raghav Juyal is known for his different style and screen presence, so fans are also very excited to see him in this character.
Vikrant Massey put a break on rumors
When the news started trending that Vikrant Massey has been replaced from the film, the actor himself came forward and told the truth. Vikrant shared a story on his Instagram which was later deleted. In that post he clearly wrote that he was never a part of the film ‘Ramayana’. That means the very idea of replacement was wrong.
‘I will buy a ticket and watch the movie’
Vikrant further wrote in his post that he wants to put an end to these news. He also wished all the best to the entire cast and said that he will himself buy a ticket and go to watch this film. After his statement it became clear that there was no dispute of any kind between him and the makers but all the things were based only on rumours.
‘Ramayana’ adorned with Ranbir, Yash and Sunny Deol
The starcast of the film ‘Ramayana’ is quite strong. It includes big names like Ranbir Kapoor, South Superstar Yash, Sunny Deol, Ravi Dubey and Sai Pallavi. The music of the film is being composed jointly by AR Rahman and Hollywood composer Hans Zimmer, which makes it more special. The film will be released in two parts. The first part will hit the theaters on Diwali 2026 and the second part on Diwali 2027.
