Apart from this, Rahul takes four eggs daily with dosa. These eggs are in the form of omelette, eggs benedict, scrambled or scrambled eggs. Whereas abroad, for carbs, he takes gluten free toast and along with it includes protein mix berries, banana, nuts and fruits. </span></p>

Whereas on non-training days, the amount of carbs is kept at 150 grams and on match or training days, the amount of carbs is kept at 200 grams. Apart from this, Rahul&#8217;s first choice for protein is seafood, while occasionally he also eats mutton or lamb. He told that he does not eat chicken at all. </span></p>
