Team India’s fast bowler Mohammad Siraj has brought glory to the country with his strong play on the field. In view of his achievement, the Telangana government has given him the honorable post of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP). After this news came out, many questions are arising in the minds of people. The biggest question is that how much salary does DSP Siraj get and if the 8th Pay Commission is implemented, will he also get the benefit?

Mohammad Siraj made his place in international cricket by working hard in difficult conditions. Impressed by his performance, the Telangana government gave him the post of DSP. This post brings respect as well as responsibility. Although Siraj’s main work is cricket, this government post has been given to him as a mark of respect by the state.

How much salary do you get for the post of DSP?

Officers posted on the post of DSP in Telangana Police get salary as per the 7th Pay Commission. At present, the monthly salary of this post ranges from Rs 58,850 to Rs 1,37,050. This salary depends on the seniority and service period of the officer.

Apart from this, DSP also gets many types of allowances. These include house rent allowance, medical allowance, traveling allowance and other government facilities. After adding these allowances the total income increases further.

What was the fitment factor in the 7th Pay Commission?

In the 7th Pay Commission, a fitment factor of 2.57 was kept to decide the salary of employees and officers. On this basis, the new salary was decided by increasing the old salary. Due to this there was a good increase in the income of government employees.

Now discussion regarding 8th Pay Commission

Now the discussion regarding the 8th Pay Commission has intensified across the country. Although there has been no official announcement from the government regarding its implementation yet, it is expected that a decision on this can be taken in the coming time.

If the 8th Pay Commission comes into force, the rules for determining salary can be changed again. It is believed that the new fitment factor may be higher than the current level. This will increase the salary of all government employees and officers.

How much can the salary increase?

If the 8th Pay Commission is implemented and the fitment factor is increased, then there can be a good increase in the salary of officers like DSP. According to estimates, the minimum salary of DSP can be more than Rs 80,000. Whereas the maximum salary can reach Rs 1.80 lakh to Rs 1.85 lakh.

8th Pay Commission India: The Central Government has taken a step forward in the direction of the 8th Pay Commission. The Central Government has approved the terms of reference. Former Supreme Court judge Justice Ranjana Prakash Desai has been appointed chairman of the commission.

The commission will submit its report to the government in 18 months. After which, after getting the approval of the Union Cabinet, there will be an increase in the salary of employees and pensioners under the 8th Pay Commission. Since the arrival of this news, employees are demanding information as to how much their salary will increase after the implementation of the new pay commission.

Fitment Factor and other allowances

Under the 7th Pay Commission, the fitment factor was fixed at 2.57 by the government. Now it remains to be seen how much fitment factor the government will keep in the 8th Pay Commission. The fitment factor has a direct impact on the basic salary of the employees. For example, if the basic salary of an employee is Rs 20,000 and the government this time keeps the fitment factor at 2.60, then the new basic salary of that employee will be Rs 52,000. The new fitment factor decided by the government is multiplied by the basic pay of the employee’s old pay commission.

In this way the new basic pay of central employees is decided. How much the salary will increase in the new pay commission mainly depends on the fitment factor. Also, if there is an increase in the basic pay of an employee, it impacts other allowances as well.

For example, rent allowance is directly related to basic pay. That means it will definitely increase. At the same time, the commission can also recommend to the government for increase in transport allowance and other allowances. These will also increase after a few days of government approval.

Will the salaries of employees double?

Nexdigm Director (Payroll Services) Ramachandran Krishnamurthy told the media that, if the basic salary of an employee is Rs 50,000 and under the 8th Pay Commission, the government decides the fitment factor of 2.0, then the basic salary of the employee will become Rs 1 lakh. However, thereafter the revised pay matrix will place the employees in the nearest higher cell. At the same time, if the fitment factor is 2.0, then the basic pension of pensioners getting pension of Rs 30,000 can increase to about Rs 60,000.

Eighth Pay Commission: This can be a relief news for more than one crore salaried and retired employees. New information has come to light regarding the 8th Pay Commission. According to reports, while its formation was announced in January this year, now its formal formation can be done by next week.

According to reports, it may take 6 to 12 months for the Pay Commission to send its recommendations to the Central Government. Before this, aspects like fitment factor, pay structure, allowances and pension reforms will be discussed with all the concerned parties.

When will it be implemented?

According to the report of Financial Express, the Central Government has almost finalized the Terms of Reference (ToR), and the names of the Chairman and members of the Pay Commission are also being finalized. However, no formal announcement has been made by the government in this regard till now.

NC-JCM (Staff Side) Secretary Shiv Gopal Mishra has said that even if there is some delay in the formation of the commission or the recommendations, the recommendations of the Eighth Pay Commission will be considered effective from January 1, 2026. He said that if there is a delay in implementation, employees will get salary hike along with arrears — as was the case at the time of the Seventh Pay Commission.

The proposal has been submitted to the government

NC-JCM, the forum representing central employees and pensioners, has already submitted the draft Term of Reference (ToR) to the central government in January 2025. The forum says that now the formal notification regarding the formation of the commission is awaited from the government.

In most countries, government jobs are considered stable and safe. But the way of fixing the salary of the employees can vary. The same is with India and Pakistan, both places are completely different. While the Pay Commission applies in India, the NPS (National Pay Scale) system runs in Pakistan.

How does India’s pay commission work?

A new pay commission is set up every 10 years in India. Its aim is to increase the salary, allowances and pension of employees according to time and inflation. Right now the 7th Pay Commission is implemented in the country, which was implemented in 2016. Now the 8th Pay Commission is going to come, on which the salary of the employees is expected to increase by 20% to 35%.

The special thing is that whenever the new Pay Commission is applicable in India, it is applied to the whole country in a uniform manner. In this, the opinion of employee unions and experts is also taken, so that the decisions are transparent and every class can be taken care of.

What is Pakistan’s NPS system?

No commission is formed in Pakistan like India. There the salary and allowances of the employees are determined through the NPS (National Pay Scale) system.

In this system, employees are divided from grade 1 to grade 22. Basic salary and allowances are fixed according to each grade. But the decision to increase the salary in Pakistan is usually taken every year or during the budget. That is, the government there announces to increase the salary by looking at its financial position.

What is the difference between the system of both countries?

Both these systems of India and Pakistan have many similarities, but there are some important differences. Talking about India, the Pay Commission decides a similar structure for the whole country every 10 years. Every province in Pakistan can change NPS grade and allowances according to its economic status.

The Commission reports are public in India and employee organizations are also included in it. The government takes the decision directly in Pakistan, which is considered a lack of transparency. Unions are important in India, while their role in Pakistan is limited

CBI director is a post that not only takes command of the investigating agency, but also determines the direction of the most sensitive matters in the country. Whenever the layers of power, politics or big scams opens, everyone’s eyes are towards this chair. The responsibilities of this post are as heavy as it is, the dignity and dignity is as important. But a question comes in everyone’s mind that what salary does the officer sitting in such a big position get? Just strength or anything else with it? Let us tell you how much money the CBI director gets from the government as a salary."191" Data-end ="619"> you get so much salary

<p style ="Text-Align: justify;"> The country’s largest investigating agency The post of director of CBI (Central Bureau of Investigation) is not only powerful, but his salary is also very special. Currently the CBI director gets Rs 2.25 lakh per month salary, which is equal to the Secretary level officials of the Government of India. It includes basic pay as well as some allowances, but some additional facility or allowance is very limited, as it is considered a very sensitive and fair position.

<h3 style ="Text-Align: justify;"> You get so much allowance

Fix basic salary of CBI director is 80 thousand rupees per month. Apart from this, many types of allowances are available on basic salary. Dearness allowance is 120 percent of basic salary. Special incentive allowance gets 15 percent. Apart from this, DA is also added. After which the salary of CBI director ranges from 1.60 lakh to 2.25 lakh rupees per month.

8th pay commission will increase so much salary

Now when The discussion of the 8th Pay Commission is in full swing , so there are speculations that the salary of the CBI director may also increase. If there is an increase of 20 to 25 percent on the lines of the 7th Pay Commission, then the monthly salary of the director is Can reach up to Rs 2.70 lakh. However, the final decision will depend on the recommendations of the Commission and the approval of the central government. The tenure of the CBI director is two years and his appointment The Prime Minister, Chief Justice and Leader of Opposition, . In such a situation, his salary is not only a matter of money, but also a symbol of prestige and responsibility."607" Data-end ="943"> Read also: <a href ="https://www.abplive.com/education/in-WHICH- COUNTRY-MBS- Fees- Fees- Most- Expensive-even- Even- Erour- House-House-CAN-BE-Sold-29505000000"> MBBS is the most expensive in which country?
