After this click on Send OTP. OTP will come on your registered mobile number. As soon as you enter the OTP, your entire history will open on the screen.

What to do if you see an incorrect entry?

Suppose you check the history and such a record appears in it. Which you never did. This is a clear indication that your Aadhaar has been used somewhere wrong. Delay in such cases can be harmful. The most important step is to inform UIDAI immediately. You can lodge a complaint by calling toll free number 1947.
