Bollywood actor Abhishek Banerjee gained a lot of popularity with the character of Jana in the horror-comedy film ‘Stree’. Abhishek has worked with Amitabh Bachchan in the film ‘Section 84’. Recently the actor told about his first meeting with the Shahenshah of Bollywood. He said that when he touched Big B’s feet out of respect, the superstar got angry with him. The ‘Stree’ actor has also revealed the reason for this.

Why was Amitabh Bachchan angry with Abhishek Banerjee?
According to the report of Hindustan Times, while remembering his first meeting with Big B, Abhishek said that on the set he became very emotional and was trembling and his hair stood on end, because that moment of working with the superstar was very special for him. She said, “Naturally I touched his feet. But he became very angry with me. He immediately said, ‘What are you doing? Why are you doing this?’ I was very confused because Indian families teach us to touch the feet of our elders. But later I understood and talked to the film’s director Ribhu Dasgupta. He told me that Amitabh sir does not like this because he feels that the moment you do this, you are no longer a co-actor. You are giving them a higher status.”

‘‘No actor is as professional as Amitabh Bachchan’
He further added, “And he is so professional that he treats everyone equally, so that no one performs less. This is a wonderful thing. I realized that he does not want to look like an old man. He wants to be like a co-actor, a colleague. That is his professional attitude. There is no ego in him at all, but of all the actors I have worked with, he has the most professional attitude. I also include all the young actors. I am doing it, there is no one in this industry as professional as Amitabh Bachchan.”

Abhishek and Big B movie’Section 84′ will be seen in
Abhishek and Big B have worked together in the film ‘Section 84’. Directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, this film also stars Rhea Vij, Nimrat Kaur and Diana Penty in important roles. The shooting of the film has been completed, but the release date is yet to be announced.
