Shivam Dubey could have equaled Abhishek Sharma in terms of scoring the fastest fifty, but one ball from him got dotted in the middle. He completed his half-century in 15 balls by hitting a six off Jacob Duffy.

On Yuvraj Singh’s record of fastest half-century, Abhishek said, “It is almost impossible for anyone to break the record of his fastest T20 fifty, but still, no one knows. Any batsman can do it because I think all the batsmen are playing very well in this series and it is going to be fun in the future.”

Suryakumar Yadav had decided to bowl first after winning the toss in the third T20 played in Guwahati. On the basis of excellent bowling by Jasprit Bumrah (3 wickets), Ravi Bishnoi (2 wickets), India was successful in restricting the visiting team to 153 runs. India did not have a good start while chasing the target, Sanju Samson was bowled on the very first ball of the innings. After that Ishan Kishan played a brilliant inning of 28 runs. In this inning played in 13 balls, Ishaan hit 2 sixes and 3 fours.
