Delhi classroom corruption case: The difficulties of Manish Sisodia, former Delhi Education Minister and senior Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader, are seen growing once again. Now the Anti -Corruption Bureau (ACB) has sent summons to Sisodia and another party leader Satyendar Jain in the case of corruption in the Delhi government schools.

ACB called Satyendra Jain for questioning on 6 June and Manish Sisodia for questioning on 9 June. This summons has been issued by the Delhi government regarding a large scam related to the construction of classrooms and semi-permanent structure in schools.

What is the allegation?
ACB said that an FIR was lodged against the two leaders in April. It is alleged that when the Aam Aadmi Party government was in Delhi, a scam of about Rs 2,000 crore was done. The scam took place during the construction of 12,748 classrooms or semi-permanent structure.

Manish Sisodia had the Department of Finance and Education at that time, while Satyendra Jain had important ministries like Health, Industry, Electricity, Home, Urban Development and Public Works Department (PWD). Initial investigation by ACB has indicated large -scale financial irregularities.

Delhi liquor scam and money laundering case has gone to jail
Significantly, Manish Sisodia has already been in jail for 17 months in the alleged Delhi liquor scam case. At the same time, Satyendar Jain was also granted bail after being in custody more than 2 years in the money laundering case.

Now once again, the Aam Aadmi Party’s concern has increased due to the new case of corruption on the two leaders. The party says that this is the political conspiracy of the BJP and the investigating agencies are being misused.

At present, both leaders are out on bail, but with this new summer, the politics of Delhi has once again been heated.

Bap MLA jaikrishn patel arreded by acb: ACB has tightened the grip on Rajkumar Rot’s Bharat Tribal Party (BAP) MLA Jaikrishna Patel in Rajasthan. ACB i.e. Anti Corruption Bureau has arrested Jaikrishna Patel for taking a bribe of Rs 20 lakh. The BAP MLA is accused of leaving three questions in the assembly.

38 -year -old Jaikrishna Patel became the first MLA from Bagidaura seat in Banswara district of Rajasthan. In the assembly by -election with the Lok Sabha, the public won him. This is the first case in the history of Rajasthan when ACB has arrested an MLA on charges of corruption. This information has been given by ACB Director General Ravi Prakash Meharda.

MLAs were caught red handed taking 20 lakhs
According to the report of news agency PTI, it is alleged that Jaikrishna Patel had placed a demand of Rs 10 crore for not questioning the mines in the assembly. It is claimed that this deal was finalized for Rs 2.5 crore. The complainant gave one lakh rupees to the first MLA. After this, ACB was caught taking Rs 20 lakh in the MLA residence. The ACB says that the MLA had given a bag with cash of Rs 20 lakh to a man, who has run away with him. Now the ACB officials are trying to catch the man by questioning the MLA.

The DG of ACB claims that both audio and video against father MLA Jaikrishna Patel are evidence, which are enough to prove the allegations against him.

Rajkumar Root talked about action
Rajkumar Rot, the head of India tribal party, says that if the allegations are proved, then the party will take action against MLA Jaikrishna Patel. At the moment, it will not be right to say anything on this. It may also happen that this is the conspiracy of the BJP government. We are investigating the case and trying to find out whether Jaikrishna Patel has a role in corruption case. After this, the party will take proper action.

ACB plan to catch MLA
It is being told that the father MLA had presented three questions about the mines of the complainant mine owner. These mines do not come in Bagidaura Assembly. It is alleged that MLA Jaikrishna Patel was insisting that the complainant came to Banswara with 20 lakh rupees, but he convinced the MLA to come to Jaipur. After this, Jaikrishna Patel called the complainant and asked him to come to the MLA residence and then the ACB teams became active.

ACB Action on Bagidora MLA: The Bagidaura MLA of Banswara in Rajasthan has been trapped by ACB. Taking a bribe of 20 lakhs to Jai Krishna Patel, ACB has traped. This action has taken place when the alleged bribe of Rs 20 lakh was being taken through the MLA’s gunman.

Jai Krishna Patel became MLA after winning the by -elections held last year. In fact, former Congress MLA Mahendrajit Singh Malaviya resigned from his post from Bagidaura seat, after which this assembly seat was vacant. Malaviya left the Congress and joined the BJP and contested the Lok Sabha elections from Banswara seat.

Along with the Lok Sabha elections, the assembly by -elections were also held in 7 seats of Rajasthan, including the seat of Bagidaura. Mahendrajit Singh lost in the Lok Sabha elections.
