What did China say on this?

A spokesman for the Chinese Commerce Ministry (MOFCOM) said that these companies are selling weapons to Taiwan despite China’s opposition, which is threatening China’s sovereignty and security. He said, “China will take legal action against these companies.”

In addition, a spokesman for the Chinese Ministry of Commerce of China also clarified that China has always used the list of “incredible institutions” and has taken action against only those foreign companies that harm China’s national security.

He said, “Foreign companies that follow the law do not need to worry. The Chinese government welcomes companies around the world and is committed to give them a stable and fair environment for investment and business here.”
