Another easy way to file a complaint is Umang app. In the app, go to the section of Ayushman Bharat and choose Grievance Redressal and after that you can file a complaint by filling your information there. While complaining, it is necessary to note Ayushman card photo, hospital slip or refusal proof like audio or video and complaint date and time.
