India’s well-known two wheeler company TVS Motor has finally launched its first adventure bike Apache RTX 300. This bike will be available at a starting price of Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom). The company claims that this model is a great combination of both adventure and comfort. It will now compete directly with bikes like Royal Enfield Scram 440, KTM 250 Adventure and Yezdi Adventure. Let’s take a look at its features.

Engine and Performance

• The new TVS Apache RTX 300 is built on the company’s new RT-XD4 engine platform. This platform provides a balance of both race-like performance and comfort during long rides. The bike has a 299.1cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC engine, which generates 36PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 28.5Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm.
• This engine is equipped with 6-speed gearbox and assist-and-slipper clutch. The special thing is that the rider gets four ride modes – Urban, Rain, Tour and Rally. With this, the performance of the bike can be adjusted according to the road and weather.

Excellent control in handling and suspension

• Apache RTX 300 has an inverted cartridge fork (front) and mono-tube floating piston (rear) suspension to improve handling. The lightweight steel trellis frame of the bike makes it strong and balanced. Due to low seat height and better power-to-weight ratio, this bike gives smooth handling on all types of roads – from city roads to rough mountain roads.

Rally style seen in the design

• In terms of design, Apache RTX 300 is a completely rally-inspired bike. It has I-shaped LED headlamps, LED indicators, muscular fuel tank, transparent windscreen and beak-style front. The company has launched it in 5 color options – Pearl White, Viper Green, Lighting Black, Metallic Blue and Tarn Bronze. The brilliant combination of matte and glossy textures in every color and the Apache’s red signature highlight gives it a premium and sporty look.

How are the features?

• In terms of features, TVS has taken this bike to a new level of technology. It has a full-color TFT display which is equipped with smart features like call and SMS alerts, GoPro control and map mirroring. For safety and control, the bike has been provided with traction control (two modes), ABS modes (Rally, Urban, Rain), tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) and cruise control. Due to all these features, it becomes the most advanced and feature-rich adventure bike in its segment.

Benelli trk 502 and trk 502x launched: In India’s two-wheeler market, Benelli has introduced two of its popular adventure bikes, TRK 502 and TRK 502x with new features and design. If you are fond of long rides or off-roading, then this bike can become a perfect partner for you. Actually, the bike has been made rich in technology than before, due to which this bike has now become more smart and rider-friendly.

Price increased

Talking about the new prices, the ex-showroom price of Benelli TRK 502 is now 6.20 lakhs, while TRK 502x is available in 6.70 lakhs. The special thing is that TRK 502x is now being found in the new Yellow color option, which has been priced at 6.85 lakhs. These new prices are around 35,000 more than the old models, but the updates that are being found completely justifies the price.

What is new in these bikes?

Benelli TRK 502 and TRK 502X bikes launched in the 2025 version have been equipped with many new and premium features by the company, which are usually not seen in this price class bikes. These include heated seats and handle grips to make the ride comfortable in winter, which improve riding experience.

Apart from this, now these bikes have a 5-inch full-colored TFT screen, which comes with facilities like Bluetooth connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. TPMS i.e. tire pressure monitoring system gives the rider information about the status of the tire in real time, which makes the journey even more safe. The new swingarm design makes the bike already lighter and more control, which makes the riding more smooth.

Engine and performance

Both Benelli TRK 502 and TRK 502X have a parallel-twewid-cooled engine of 500cc, which generates 46.9 bhp power and 46Nm torque. A 6-speed manual gearbox is available with this engine and a large fuel tank of 20 liters has been given in the bikes. These bikes are specially designed keeping those riders in mind.

Suspension and braking system

Talking about suspension and braking system, TRK 502 has 17-17 inch alloy wheels, while TRK 502X has 19-17 inch tubeless spoke wheels. Both bikes have dual discs in the front and a single disc brake in the rear, including the facility of dual channel ABS. Also, upside-down forks in the front and monoshock suspension in the rear. Talking about styling, TRK 502x is now available in a new yellow color option.
