Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) has claimed that it now has concrete evidence of the death of three Afghan cricketers killed in Pakistan’s air strike. Accused Pakistan of air attack

The Pakistan government had earlier completely denied the incident and had said that no cricketer had died in the air strike. After that, Afghanistan Cricket Board spokesperson Syed Naseem Saadat, while talking to news agency ANI, said, “We have video footage and evidence which clearly prove that this attack was carried out by Pakistan. Cricket lovers around the world must have seen our report. Now this lie cannot be hidden any longer.”

Saadat also said that cricketers Kabir, Sibgatullah and Haroon were returning after playing a friendly match when they became victims of Pakistani air attack. The death of all three has shocked not only the Afghan cricket community but the entire country.

Afghanistan will not play with Pakistan

After this incident, the Afghanistan Cricket Board has decided to withdraw from the Tri-Nation T20 series to be held in Pakistan next month. The board said that until this attack is not fully investigated and Pakistan does not accept its responsibility, they will not participate in any bilateral or trilateral series.

Zimbabwe has now been included in the tri-series in place of Afghanistan. This series will start from November 17 in Rawalpindi, in which the first match will be played between Pakistan and Zimbabwe. After this, the remaining matches and finals will be held in Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore till 29th November.

The government of Pakistan is in panic after the reaction of the International Cricket Council (ICC) on the death of 8 Afghan players in Paktika, Afghanistan. After the capture of Kabul by Afghan Taliban in the year 2021, along with Tehreek-e-Taliban, they started killing the Pakistani army under the banner of Ittihad-e-Mujahideen, which is continuing till now.
