This war started on February 28 last month, when America and Israel directly attacked Iran. In retaliation, Iran also started rapid attacks. At present the situation in the Middle East remains serious. Attacks are continuing from both sides. Due to this, Iran has also closed the Strait of Hormuz, due to which an oil crisis has arisen across the world. Apart from the Middle East, the long-running tension between India’s neighboring countries Afghanistan and Pakistan has taken the shape of war. According to TOI report, in recent times the Pakistani Air Force has carried out several air strikes in the border areas of Afghanistan as well as in Kabul and Kandahar. Civilian targets and Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) bases were targeted in these attacks. Pakistan has long been alleging that TTP fighters hide inside the Afghan border and plan attacks. After these attacks, the Afghan Taliban also retaliated. Taliban says that they carried out drone attacks in many cities of Pakistan. These included areas like Kohat, Karachi and Islamabad. Apart from this, many military bases were also captured. So far, more than 300 people have died, which includes Pakistani soldiers as well as civilians. Afghanistan also captured many Pakistani soldiers. According to the United Nations (UNAMA) report, 56 Afghan civilians have died in Pakistani military actions between 26 February and 5 March 2026, including 24 children. Apart from this, Afghan Taliban has claimed that in this battle it has killed more than 150 Pakistani soldiers and captured many posts.

News agency IANS has received a video in which TTP members announced plans to march from Pakistan’s Punjab province to Islamabad. The organization claims to have a strong presence in the Punjab region and has vowed to establish Islamic system in the entire country.

In the video, a TTP member has described the Pakistani army and government as cruel and claimed that they do not have the capacity to wage war against the Mujahideen. The TTP member has also predicted the imminent fall of the Pakistani army and government.

Some critics say that Army Chief General Asim Munir is using the name of TTP to justify the oppression of Pashtuns in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His action is spoiling the relations between Pakistani and Afghan population and this step is allegedly directed by America.
