The government lawyer also said that the mobile phones of the accused have been seized and they are residents of different states. For investigation, it is necessary to go to their states and investigate the facts related to the conspiracy, funding source and printing of T-shirts.

The lawyer of the accused told the court that the four activists were associated with an opposition political party and were protesting peacefully. He said that there is no concrete evidence of anyone being hurt and protesting is a constitutional right.

The lawyer termed the demand for police remand as unnecessary and said that this action is going to hurt the dignity of democracy. He also argued that if arrests are made on the basis of demonstration, then the same action should be taken against the leaders protesting in Parliament.

Bail petition was filed in the court on behalf of all four accused. The defense said that all the accused are young and their future is at stake. Whereas Delhi Police opposed the bail and said that considering the seriousness of the case, further investigation is necessary.
