The American Airlines flight AA3023 caused chaos on Saturday (July 26, 2025) when the landing gear of the aircraft caught fire during the takeoff at Danver International Airport. The aircraft of the Boeing 737 Max model had a total of 173 passengers and 6 crew members, who were safely taken out.

According to the Denver Fire Department, the aircraft was about to fly to Miami when his tire suddenly got a technical disturbance on the runway 34L, causing a fire in the landing gear. Immediately the emergency response team reached the spot and controlled the fire.

Fastly fired passengers

Airport officials said that medical examination of five passengers was done, but no one needed to be taken to the hospital. However, a person has been sent to the hospital for precautionary treatment due to minor injuries.

FAA started investigating

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has started investigating the incident. American Airlines issued a statement stating that due to the maintenance problem of the aircraft tire, it has been removed from the service at present and the investigation is on.

A video of this incident is becoming increasingly viral on social media, in which fire and smoke are seen rising from the plane tire. At the same time, panicked passengers are seen coming out of the emergency slide.

Two motorists also suffered injuries
Two drivers on the road were also injured in this accident, although his life was saved. Several vehicles appeared around the fireworks which were trying to escape from the accident.

Emergency teams reached the spot
The rescue team immediately reached the spot but the aircraft could not be saved. The fire burnt the entire aircraft. This ‘Fresia RG’ was a mild Italian aircraft, made of carbon fiber and its wing was about 30 feet long.

Investigation starts, maintenance records will be investigated
Italy’s National Agency for Flight Safety has sent an expert to an expert in Bresia. Also, Bresia’s Public Prosecutor Office has started investigating the murder in this accident. Under this, the maintenance and technical status of the aircraft will also be investigated.

The flight of Delta Airlines going from Los Angeles to Atlanta had to make an emergency landing on Friday (July 18, 2025) due to engine fire soon after flying on DL446. The incident occurred at Los Angeles International Airport (Lax). This flight was a 767–400 aircraft.

In the video revealed on social media, it was shown that during the flight, flames were coming out of its left engine. However, there was no harm to a passenger or crew member. According to Flatradar 24, the aircraft first moved towards the Pacific Ocean, then returned to the airport, circling over Downey and Paramount. During this time, the pilot and the crew completed all the necessary investigations and prepared for safe landing. According to the passengers, the flight captain announced that the fire team is confirming the fire in the engine. The cause of the fire is not yet known. The US aviation agency (FAA) has started investigation.

The aircraft is about 25 years old and has two CF6 engines of General Electric Company. Delta Airlines reported that shortly after flying, there was a sign of problems in the left engine, due to which the flight had to return.

It is worth noting that earlier in April, there was a fire at Orlando Airport in another flight of Delta. The A330 aircraft was then preparing to fly to Atlanta, with 282 passengers and 12 crew members. No one was injured even in that accident.
