In the case of objectionable remarks, JDU MP Ajay Mandal has lodged an FIR against his own party MLA Gopal Mandal. This complaint has been lodged on Wednesday (13, August 2025) at Ghogha police station in Bhagalpur. After receiving the application, a case has also been registered.

MP Ajay Kumar Mandal has said in his application that on 10 and 12 August 2025, MLA Gopal Mandal publicly questioned the media and hundreds of people. The MLA alleged- “MP Ajay Mandal keeps mistake.” Ajay Mandal said that the woman who was publicly accused of me is a member of my family (niece). Currently the state general secretary is the leader of the Women’s Cell JDU.

In his application, Ajay Mandal wrote on the allegations of Gopal Mandal, “The allegations made against me in a public place without any proof are completely untrue, baseless and derogatory.

‘Gopal Mandal’s criminal image’

MP Ajay Mandal has described the image of Gopal Mandal as criminal. He wrote in the application, “Honorable MLA Gopal Mandal ji has a criminal image. Many of his serious cases are pending in many police stations. They call themselves domineering, connecting themselves to criminal cases.” Ajay Mandal has demanded the police station to take action in this whole matter.

Let us know that JDU MLA Gopal Mandal keeps making absurd statements. The biggest thing is that the party does not take any action. Neither Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hears.
