At the same time, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has attacked BJP over the attack on Rakesh Tikait.

SP Chief Akhilesh Yadav posted on X and wrote- “The BJP has raised the turban of not only one farmer leader but also every farmer. Holiness Chaudhary Charan Singh ji has fought for the honor of the farmers throughout his life, this attack has also taken place on those historical efforts. Due to this, every farmer from Ghazipur border to Ghazipur is agitated. Blasphemy!

What did Rakesh Tikait say

After this incident, Rakesh Tikait called it a “pre-planned conspiracy” and said, “It was pre-planned, some parties are getting. If it was (outrage), it would not have controlled this way. They want the farmer movement to be weakened from here, but neither the movement will be weak, nor we.” He said that efforts are being made to suppress the voice of the farmers, but the answer will be given from the tractor march. Tikait announced that he would march the tractor.

Hinduist leaders Bittu Sikheda and Sharad Kapoor have accused the BJP of being a hand behind the incident. He says that the conspiracy was hatched by the BJP to oppose Tikait. This entire incident took place at the Town Hall Ground of Civil Line Police Station area. The police administration has told the situation under control and started investigating the case.
