A property transaction related to Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and commercial airline commander Annie Divya has come to light. According to the information, a duplex apartment located in Andheri (West) has been given on rent for Rs 1.44 lakh per month.

According to the report of Hindustan Times, this duplex is present on the 11th and 12th floors of the Sky Pan building of Oberoi Complex located on New Link Road, Andheri West. An attached terrace is also included with this house. According to records, this lease agreement was officially registered on 7 April 2026.

Who is Annie Divya?
Annie Divya, who is known for her achievements in the aviation field, is a resident of Vijayawada. She made a special mark when she became one of the youngest commanders to fly the Boeing 777, the world’s largest twin-engine aircraft.

His career started at a very young age. He took training at the Indira Gandhi National Flying Academy, Rae Bareli at the age of 17 and joined Air India at the age of just 19.

Let us tell you, this lease agreement has been fixed for 24 months, in which the rent and accommodation is considered to start from March 1. The special thing is that in this deal there is neither any condition for increasing the rent nor is the security deposit usually required in Mumbai’s luxury rental market included.

According to the registration documents, a total of Rs 9,700 was spent on this transaction, which includes Rs 8,700 stamp duty and Rs 1,000 registration fee. This deal was processed through State Bank of India (SBI) and registered at the IGR office in Mumbai.
