In the year 2017 too, Akshay Kumar had invested money in such places from where he has been almost doubled after 8 years. Putting money in property is one of the favorite investment of Bollywood celebs. In 2017, Akshay Kumar also bought two apartments and made investment. The actor bought two apartments in Mumbai’s Borivali East. The first apartment was 1,080 square feet, which was purchased in November 2017 for Rs 2.82 crore. The second apartment was 252 square feet, which was purchased for Rs 67.19 lakh.

89 % benefit got in 8 years
Akshay Kumar paid a total of Rs 3.68 crore for both these apartments. Now 8 years later, the actor has sold both these flats. According to squareards, on 20 March 2025, he sold the first apartment for Rs 5.35 crore and took Rs 1.25 crore for the second apartment. That is, an amount of Rs 6.60 crore was paid to both the apartments. Akshay bought two flats for Rs 3.68 crore and sold them for Rs 6.60 crore, which led to a profit of 89 %.

Akshay Kumar was last seen in the film Sky Force on the workfront. They will now be seen in Kesari Chapter 2 which will be released on 18 April.
