Kusha Kapila said, “Puberty i.e. teenage time is very delicate for a girl. This is the time when their face, body and whole texture start changing. A girl develops before her friends, and some later. Due to this inflammation, many times girls feel embezzlement, discomfort or self-dout. ”

He told that when she was only 10 or 11 years old, her body started appearing more matured than other friends. For this reason, she started living a lot about herself.

He said, “In Teenage, children have to pay great attention to whom they are spending time and talking to. This age is very sensitive and a little wrong effect can affect them deeply. In the society, with the increasing age of girls, the eyes of them keep an eye on them, which makes them more alert.

Kusha told that when she went to Goa on holidays, she hid her age from some girls and described herself as two years older, because her body had already matured.

Kusha further said, “Even today girls have a lot of confusion about their body. I have a page, where school going girls ask what to wear with uniforms. Even today, such topics are not openly talked about in education system and familys. Girls are resorting to internet or social media for these necessary information, which is a topic of concern. ‘

Kusha Kapila also talked about women’s hormonal bicycles and problems related to it

He said, “There are only 4-5 days in a woman’s life in a month when she feels completely common. The rest of the time she is struggling with problems like either period pain, mood swings, or PCOD. In such a situation, it is important that men understand these things and keep a sympathy, not an insensitive comment. It is absolutely wrong to question the mood or behavior of women, especially at the workplace.
