Making a roar from Vrindavan, Alankar Agnihotri has announced the name of his party as Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha (RAM). Let us tell you that Alankar Agnihotri had resigned from the post of City Magistrate due to the controversy related to Swami Avimukteshwaranand and the new rules of UGC. However, former City Magistrate Alankar Agnihotri had earlier announced during a discussion with journalists that the name of the new political party would be formally announced from the holy land of Vrindavan on Monday.

Why was the party named RAM?

After the announcement of the new party, Alankar Agnihotri met the journalists in a press conference. While talking to the journalists, he said that the name Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha (RAM) has come in the same sequence as the front that is being formed to get our fundamental rights which have been violated by the government systems.

He said that the flag of Ram Party has the flute of Lord Krishna and the bow of Lord Shri Ram. The flag we have designed reflects the basic spirit of the Constitution of India. He said, “The entire country is on the streets in protest against the UGC Act, the government sitting at the center is a non-Sanatani government.”

Central government accused of conspiracy

He has accused the Central Government that as part of a well-planned conspiracy to tear apart the fabric of the country in which we all live with love, the UGC regulation has been brought to fight against General- SC, ST and General OBC.

Why did Alankar Agnihotri resign?

He has also said that, this government is neither ours nor the entire system is ours. ‘I have come out of this system, that’s why I resigned.’ He said that the front that we have prepared for Adhikari as an alternative, hence its full name has been kept as Rashtriya Adhikar Morcha.

With that livelihood, my family is raised, so my official duty is that if there is any unrestrained blabbering against our state government and the head of the government, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, then it should be opposed by following the Uttar Pradesh State Employees Manual. I consider the indecent remarks made by Avimukteshwarananda Shankaracharya against Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath as against the state, the Constitution and democracy. Therefore, in such a situation, I am submitting my resignation in favor of the government and against Avimukteshwaranand Shankaracharya.

Alankar Agnihotri, a provincial service officer who was the city magistrate of Bareilly in Uttar Pradesh, has demanded imposition of President’s rule in the state. Alankar Agnihotri, sitting on a dharna outside the Collectorate in Bareilly, has said, ‘I want to ask the District Magistrate who called him last night and who is abusing me because I am a Pandit and which ideology does he belong to? President’s rule should be imposed to restore constitutional order, the common class has turned against the government.

Earlier, after his suspension, Alankar Agnihotri had said – I had tendered my resignation yesterday itself and yesterday the conspiracy of collusion failed in the DM’s camp office, where DM Saheb received a call in which it was said that this ‘Pandit’ should be kept here and he should not be allowed to leave here for the whole night. I called Bar Association Secretary Deepak Pandey and asked him to tell the media that an order has been issued to arrest me.

He said that when he came to know that the media had come to know about the conspiracy to take me hostage, I was allowed to go. It was a collusive conspiracy in which I would give a statement and I would be suspended on some other charge. We will go to court regarding this suspension order. A SIT should be formed and the entire phone conversation should be investigated. We will decide further action soon.
