Prayagraj court has given a big blow to Ali Ahmed, son of mafia Atiq Ahmed. The Sessions Court has rejected the bail plea of ​​Ali Ahmed, lodged in Jhansi jail. There are serious allegations against Ali Ahmed of demanding extortion money worth crores of rupees from the builder and pressurizing him to get the land in his name.

This case is of 26 April 2023, when property dealer Mohammad Muslim, resident of Chakia, had lodged an FIR at Khuldabad police station in Prayagraj. Six people including Atiq Ahmed’s elder son Omar Ahmed and younger son Ali Ahmed were named in the FIR. The allegation was that these people demanded Rs 5 crore from the builder and pressurized him to get the land in their name.

According to the FIR, several people, including Atiq’s son Umar, Ali, Asad Kalia, Ehtesham and Karim, had forcibly taken the builder Muslim in a car at Chakia intersection of Khuldabad police station area and took Atiq Ahmed to his office in Chakia. There he was locked in a room, beaten up and pressured to deed the land of Devghat located in Dhumanganj in the name of Umar and Ali. Somehow he was able to save his life by running away from the spot.

It was told that after a few days, out of fear, the builder had given Rs 1 crore twenty lakh to Atiq’s henchman Asad Kalia. Not only this, builder Mohammad Muslim had alleged that he was beaten up for not giving him the land. However, according to the information, Mohammad Muslim himself is a history-sheeter of Khuldabad police station and about 16 criminal cases are registered against him.

Let us tell you that Atiq Ahmed’s son Ali Ahmed is currently lodged in Jhansi jail of UP. Some time ago, he was shifted to this jail from Naini jail of Prayagraj. While being shifted to Jhansi jail, Ali Ahmed had appealed to CM Yogi not to harass him further.

Aban could not join the father’s funeral

After the incident, Asad was encountered in Jhansi, while Omar is lodged in Lucknow jail. Atiq’s two minor sons Ahjam and Aban were kept in the child house. Both were also in the child house at the time of the murder of Atik and his brother Ashraf on 15 April 2023. For this reason, they could not join the funeral of father and uncle.

After leaving the child home on 10 October 2023, Aban and Ahjam reached the grave of their father and uncle directly. No one has seen both of them since that day. Now for the first time, this family has come into the limelight once again with the video of Aban.
