Amazon 10-Minute Delivery Service: Jeff Bezos’ company Amazon has launched its 10-minute delivery service. After the first launch in Bengaluru and Delhi, now its service was started in some parts of Mumbai. The company has said that in these three cities of the country, more than 100 micro-fulfillment centers have been set up for ultra-fast delivery. The company plans to build more centers by the end of the year. Along with this, now Amazon is delivered from grocery items to beauty products, electronic accessories, home appliances, baby items in just 10 minutes.

Great response found in Bengaluru

Sameer Kumar, Vice President and Country Manager of Amazon India, said, “We launched Amazon Now in Bangalore at the beginning of the year to deliver the needy things in just 10 minutes. We received a wonderful response. In the last few months, there has been a jump of 25 % in audiences. Since using Amazon Now, Prime members have increased their shopping three times more. Inspired by this success, we have set up more than 100 micro-film-film-fame centers and our plan is to build 100 more centers in Bengaluru, Delhi and Mumbai.

Sem day delivery of more than 10 lakh products

On Amazon Now, you will find many more items from everyday things, including things from vegetables to stomach care. The delivery of some products will be done in 10 minutes. Apart from this, 40,000+ products will be delivered in a few hours, while more than 10 lakh products will be delivered on the same day and more than 40 lakh products will be delivered by the next day.

Amazon, one of the big e-commerce companies, has also entered the Quick-commerce segment. Amazon has started the new division Amazon Now for this. For the past few months, the company was trialing this service in the selected area of Bengaluru. Quick-commerce segment has increased rapidly in the last few years in the country.

This service of Amazon can give a tough fight to Zomato’s Blinkit, Swiggy’s Instamart and Zepto in this segment. These three companies have a large stake in the market of Quick-commerce. These companies offer delivery in less than 15 minutes ranging from grocery to gadgets. The general delivery service of Amazon, which holds a large stake in the e-commerce market, is delivered in the same day or a few days of the products. The company will have to create a strong structure of logistics in the quick-commerce concentration.

The company has said that after the launch of this service in June in June, it is being expanded in the capital Delhi. Initially it will deliver in 10 minutes of grocery, snacks, personal care products and fruits and vegetables in 10 minutes in 10 minutes. Amazon plans to launch 300 dark stores by the end of this year in Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai. The annual sales of Quick Commerce Market are estimated to be around six billion dollars. Service will start soon throughout Delhi

In an interview to the Economic Times, Amazon India’s Vice President (Operations) Abhinav Singh said that service has started in large parts of Delhi and the network is spreading very fast. Soon, the rest of the national capital Delhi will be started.

Significantly, in India, Amazon announced an investment of $ 2000 million last month to strengthen its delivery service. After this, emphasis is being laid on Amazon’s opening of large number of dark stores across the country.
