Earlier, Iran had submitted its 14-point proposal to Pakistan to end the ongoing war in the Middle East. After this, America has reportedly agreed to temporarily lift the sanctions imposed on Iranian oil in the new negotiation framework. The report, citing a source close to the diplomat, claims that if this move is confirmed, it would indicate a change from the proposals put forward by the US delegation. According to Reuters, Iranian officials have not yet commented on whether the US has agreed to lift Iranian oil sanctions or not.

Here, a senior Iranian source has informed Reuters that America has shown limited flexibility in talks regarding Iran’s nuclear program and sanctions. America has agreed to release only 25 percent of the Iranian funds in different phases. Tehran is demanding the removal of all its assets and sanctions.

According to Iranian media Tasnim News, differences between Iran and America are still unresolved. Iran says that America is still making unrealistic demands. Iran will remain steadfast in its demands for an end to the conflict, the full return of seized Iranian assets and compensation for US military action. Iran has also denied linking any war-end agreement to nuclear commitments and has called US nuclear demands a political pretext.
