US Iran War: After the failure of talks with Iran, Trump may want to teach Iran a lesson by blocking Hormuz, but the real thing is that if there is an American blockade on Hormuz, then the matter will be out of Iran’s hands. Then there will be direct interference of China in this matter, which will want to open Hormuz at any cost. Even if China has to go to war with America for this. Actually, there is a world of difference between the statements given by both US President Trump and the Central Command of the US Army regarding Hormuz. But the objective of both is the same. That is Iran’s economic disaster.

Trump is saying that he will blockade Hormuz and ensure that any ship which is crossing Hormuz by paying toll to Iran is stopped at all costs. At the same time, the US Army’s CENTCOM is saying that the US Navy will stop every ship in Hormuz which is either bringing oil from any port of Iran or is going to take oil from any port of Iran. Now no matter whose orders the American Navy obeys, whether it obeys Trump’s orders or Centcom’s orders, it will be certain that Iran will not be able to sell its oil to anyone.

Iran suffers so much loss every day

If this happens, Iran will suffer a loss of approximately $276 million every day, which it earns from selling oil and gas. Because oil and gas are the only things by selling which Iran earns about 80 percent. If America closes Hormuz, Iran will be economically devastated. To avoid this disaster, Iran is still trying its best and is opening and closing Hormuz on its own terms.

The loss due to American occupation of Hormuz is not only for Iran but the biggest loss is for China. Because in the whole world it is China which buys the most oil and gas. 45 to 50 percent of the total oil purchased in China comes through Hormuz. About 30 percent of the gas used in China also passes through Hormuz.

Why can China interfere in the Strait of Hormuz?

China not only buys its oil and gas from Iran but also from Saudi Arabia, Iraq, UAE and Qatar. But everyone has the same path and that is Hormuz. And as long as Hormuz is under Iran’s control, China has no problem because its ships are always leaving Hormuz. Recently, China’s Defense Minister Admiral Dong Jun has also said that Iran controls the Strait of Hormuz and it is open to us.

Dong Jun has said- ‘Our ships are continuously coming and going in the Strait of Hormuz. We have trade and energy agreements with Iran. We will respect them and expect others not to interfere in our affairs.

This statement of China’s Defense Minister has come after the threat by US President Trump, in which Trump had said that he is going to siege Hormuz. And this statement is like a direct warning to Trump, because American occupation of Hormuz would mean that half of China’s oil and gas supply would be stopped immediately.

Now China has sufficient buffer stock. Russia also buys large quantities of crude oil through the ESPO pipeline i.e. Eastern Siberia–Pacific Ocean pipeline and natural gas through the Power of Siberia pipeline.

Despite this, if Hormuz is closed, then China will also be able to face neither the shortage of oil nor the shortage of gas for a long time. And under compulsion, it will have to enter the field again to open Hormuz, the result of which may also come in the form of direct conflict with America. Right now Trump and his friend Netanyahu are not able to handle Iran together, if China enters this scene then the whole game will change, which no one would want.
