BJP’s IT cell chief Amit Malviya targeted the Karnataka government on Saturday (August 23, 2025) on the social media ‘X’ over the shrine dispute in Karnataka. He said that it is a very disturbing thing that for more than a month, a masked person was allowed to hold the entire Karnataka state system hostage.

Amit Malviya further wrote, ‘This was done with the intention of defaming the Dharmasthal temple, only one of the great pillars of Sanatan. It was not the only handiwork, but was part of a big conspiracy, which remains to be exposed.

Dharmasthal presented as ‘cemetery’

He said that the Congress government of Karnataka, in its frustration, justified baseless allegations without any evidence. The government formed a special investigation team (SIT), ordered random excavation at 16 places and shamelessly introduced them as a ‘cemetery’ attached to the temple.

The BJP leader further wrote that what he got after digging for weeks at this shrine, a man’s skeleton. At another place, the bones of a person were found, who probably died of suicide, who does not match any false claims.

AI used for wrong allegations

Attacking the allegations, Amit Malviya said, ‘A woman named Sujata Bhatt was forced to file a complaint of false disappearance about her daughter Ananya Bhatt, who never had never been. Now she has publicly admitted that she had no daughter named Ananya Bhatt. He also told that many pictures of the present were fake, which was made with the help of AI, while the real picture was of a nurse named Vasanti.

The BJP leader further said, ‘The masked person has also been arrested and produced in the court. It is being told that he has confessed that he did all this for a prize money of 2 lakh rupees. Mahesh Shetty Thimarodi, the kingpin of the campaign in the Saujanya case, was arrested early this week, but the real conspiracy is still pending.

Congress government’s attempt to suppress the case

He said, ‘Who asked the masked person to do this, who gave him money, who benefited from defaming the shrine, these are the questions that the Congress government is desperate to suppress the government. For more than 800 years, the shrine has stood as a symbol of faith and service.

While tweeting, Amit Malviya wrote, ‘Today it is being punished for being a Hindu basis opposing Islamic influence and the mafia network of coastal Karnataka. This continuous attack is the result of the Congress’s toolkit operation. It is estimated that its mastermind is none other than Rahul Gandhi is a close confidant.

BJP leader’s attack on Karnataka CM

He said, ‘Based on his information on social fabric of South Kannada as a former highly placed government official, he is making a planned attack on Hindu institutions. Its plan is clear, fake fake issues, take advantage of administrative flaws, deploy radical elements and internationalize propaganda with the help of friendly means like Al Jazira.

Attacking the Karnataka CM, Amit Malviya said that senior ministers of Karnataka Congress are also restless, but Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has intensified his strategy, because the orders are probably coming directly from Delhi. Their plan is to discredit Hindu institutions, break their credibility and weaken Hindu strength, the shrine is just the beginning.

BJP Attack Congress: India’s politics has once again been hot on the issue of national security. The BJP has retaliated after Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and Telangana Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy’s comments on Rafael aircraft and Indian Air Force. Patra claimed that India has destroyed 9 terrorist camps and 11 Pakistani airports and satellite imagery is present as proof.

“Congress leader like Pakistan’s PR agency”-Amit Malaviya
BJP’s IT cell chief Amit Malviya also made a sharp comment on X (East Twitter). He objected to Revanth Reddy’s statement in which he asked, “How many Rafael did Pakistan kill?” Malaviya said that if Pakistan had claimed this, it would have evidence – Malba, satellite image or integrity of international agencies. He alleged that Congress leaders WhatsApp forward or social media rely on rumors and weakens national security. He wrote, “The Congress is behaving like Pakistan’s PR agency.”

Revanth Reddy and Rahul Gandhi’s statements
Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy asked Prime Minister Modi at a recent rally that how many Rafale aircraft were killed by Pakistan in a recent struggle. Along with this, he also questioned why an all -party meeting was not called before the war and accused the BJP government of failing to withdraw PoK. Rahul Gandhi, Foreign Minister S.K. Jayashankar accused that he informed Pakistan about the attack and asked, “How many aircraft did we lose? Who authorized it?”

Accused of question or treason on Congress?
The main question in this entire controversy is whether the opposition parties raise questions can be called anti -national? Is asking the question is a crime in democracy or does it fall under the category of treason? The BJP believes that when it comes to national security, the opposition should not doubt the army. At the same time, the Congress says that asking the government questions is their constitutional right and their duty to ensure accountability to the public.
