Union Home Minister Amit Shah has reached Darbhanga just before Bihar elections. While addressing the public meeting on Wednesday (29 October), he said that if Congress and Lalu Company (former Bihar Chief Minister Lalu Yadav) had their way, Article 370 would never have been removed from Jammu and Kashmir. Enumerating the works of the Bharatiya Janata Party, he said that Bihar can develop under the NDA government.

Amit Shah said, “We have done a lot of things to honor Mithila. Maithili language was kept in the Eighth Schedule. GI tag given to Madhubani painting. Makhana Board established. A grand temple of Sita Mata is going to be built here. Ramlala was in a tent for 500 and a half years, we worked to build a grand temple of Ramlala in Ayodhya.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah targeted Congress and Rashtriya Janata Dal. He said, ,Congress Party and Lalu and Company had protected Article 370 for 70 years each. PM Modi abolished Article 370 forever. There was a time when terrorists would leave the land of India bleeding and there would be no answer. Today, under the leadership of PM Modi, we enter the houses of terrorists and kill them. Modi ji started the tradition of giving a befitting reply to terrorism in the country.,

What did the Home Minister say about PFI?

Amit Shah said, ,During the time of Congress governments, PFI was formed here, no one used to impose ban. By banning PFI in a single night, PM Modi raided more than 100 places and put the entire group of PFI behind the bars. I leave today with a promise that as long as there is even a single BJP MP, not a single PFI person will be allowed out of jail.,

Amit Shah said, ,Under the leadership of PM Modi, arrangements were made for free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh for the poor of the country. Modi ji has done the work of providing a house to every poor. Similarly, farmers are given Rs 6,000 annually under PM Kisan Samman Nidhi. Similarly, under PM Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 8 crore 52 lakh poor people in Bihar get 5 kg of food grains free of cost.,
