Anshul Kamboj made his debut in Ranji on February 2022, playing against Tripura for Haryana. He took 7 wickets in 7 matches in the 2022-23 Saeed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. In the 2023-24 Vijay Hazare Trophy, he took 17 wickets in 10 matches. On the basis of these performances, he was bought by Mumbai Indians in the IPL. In the 2024-25 Dalip Trophy, he took 16 wickets in 3 matches, he played for ‘India C’.

Anshul Kamboj created history in Ranji Trophy

Anshul put a historic spell during the Ranji Trophy in November 2024. He took 10 wickets in an innings against Kerala. He became the third bowler in history to do so. In this match played in Rohtak, he took 10 wickets for 49 runs in 30.1 overs spell.
