This research suggests that the risk of asthma and mental health problems in children born between 2008 and 2017 is increasing rapidly, which is a danger bell for the future.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to the study, children born during the last few years have seen an increase in the prevalence of asthma. This is a chronic respiratory disease that can affect the daily life of children. This was revealed in a recently published study in the Food Science and Nutrition Journal. This study was done with ultra-processed food i.e. UPF eating, food addiction, eating things for happiness and mood. &#038; Nbsp; </p>

The average body mass index (BMI) of all these people is 24.5 kg/m &#038; sup2; Was. The weight of 55 % people involved in the study was normal, while 11.7 % people were obese. Apart from this, 27.5 % people were overweight and 5.6 % were underweight. The average score of all on SQ-HPF, PFS, and YFAS standards was 5.1, 2.8, and 2.9 respectively. &#038; nbsp; </p>
<p style =&quot;Text-Align: justify;&quot;> The average score of tension, depression and anxiety on Dass-21 was 5.9, 5.6, and 5.0 respectively. UPF intake of more than 55% of people was less, while about 45% of the people used to consume very high ultra processed food. The survey revealed the average age of ultra processed food eaters got 28.8 years, while the average age of UPF less eaters was found to be 34.1 years. The important thing was that ultra processed food alone and unmarried people eat more. It was also revealed that people consume them not according to the need of their body, but according to their mood. </p>
