A video of Vinay Verma, MLA of NDA’s ally Apna Dal in Siddharthnagar, UP, has gone viral on social media, in which he is seen getting angry at an executive engineer, Kamal Kishore. The anger of the MLA is so high that he is talking about stripping the PWD engineers, making them parade in the intersection and hitting them with shoes. This video is now becoming increasingly viral on social media.

Vinay Verma is MLA from Shohratgarh seat of Siddharthnagar district. It is being told that on Tuesday, Executive Engineer Kamal Kishore and some PWD engineers were sitting in the room in the rest house. Meanwhile, MLA Vinay Verma reached the rest house with his supporters. After reaching, he opened the door in film style and went inside where Executive Engineer Kamal Kishore was sitting with some contractors.

MLA Vinay Verma started scolding and reprimanding the engineers as they entered. He said in a threatening tone that he would cure them. He also threatened to strip her naked and parade her at the intersection.

It is being told that there were some contractors in the room who have been blacklisted. These contractors had also raised slogans against the MLA. When Vinay Verma saw this, he got very angry and shouted at Kamal Kishore that you do not listen to the MLA and are doing brokerage by sitting here. The public is upset and you are not working.

The MLA did not stop here. He said that I will strip you naked and parade you around the intersection, take you out and hit you with shoes, and will also file a case against all of you. In the viral video, Vinay Verma kept shouting at the officers. Whereas Kamal Kishore (Executive Engineer) kept apologizing with folded hands. The MLA himself also made this incident live on Facebook and said that he will show it to the Chief Minister also.

The people of the area constantly ask us about when the roads will be built, but I am not able to answer. They don’t have time to meet the MLA. In the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly, the 13 -member party has recorded a proper increase in the economic situation of Apna Dal Sone Lal. This information is given in the report of the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR). According to the ADR report, in the financial year 2023-24, Apna Dal (S) has given an income of Rs 1.1069 crore. The party’s income in FY 2022-23 was Rs 0.2178 crore. In the financial year 2023-24, it increased by 408.22% to Rs 1.1069 crore. According to the report, almost the entire part of the party’s income came through donation/contribution.

However, Apna Dal (S) has spent almost equal amount, Rs 1.0774 crore against the total income, due to which only 2.67 percent saving was recorded in income. The main source of income of Apna Dal (S) was donation and contribution, whose share was 98.67 percent. Apart from this, the party earned 1.29 percent income from interest on fixed deposits, while the contribution of other sources is zero.

In the ADR report, in the context of the expenses of Apna Dal (S), it has been told that 12 percent spent on the loss of properties, about 5 percent on the salary of the employees about 5 percent. The remaining 78 percent of the cost is spent due to various other reasons, including administrative expenses.

Report of filing after 125 days

According to the ADR report, Apna Dal (S) submitted its annual audit report on 6 March 2025, the Election Commission of Election Commission was the stipulated time limit 31 October 2024 to 125 days later.

Talking about the income of Apna Dal (S), the donation received Rs 1.0922 crore (98.67%), interest on fixed deposits: Rs 0.0143 crore (1.29%). At the same time, about 2.67% of the total income i.e. 0.0295 crore was saved. Along with this, Apna Dal (S) earned an income of 0.0002 crore or 0.02% percent from the income tax refund. The party had the same income in other sources of income.

In the context of Apna Dal one’s expenses, ADR reported that Rs 0.1288 crore (12%) on depression and amortization, salaries of employees were Rs 0.0544 crore (5%), election expenses 0.0512 crore (5%) and other expenses were Rs 0.843 crore (78%).

Apna dal MLA Vachaspati fir: An FIR has been lodged against Mafia Atik Ahmed’s operatives and Apna Dal MLA Vachaspati. This FIR has been lodged at Dhumanganj police station on the order of the court in the case of grabbing land. The victim Shah Faisal’s 1.8720 hectares of land is located in Mauja Ponhat Bamrauli, which is being occupied.

This FIR has been registered against 10 people including Apna Dal MLA Vachaspati from Bara Assembly seat. Shah FIL, a resident of Rasulpur Mariadih in Puramufti police station area, has lodged this FIR. The victim has alleged that since the year 2017, he has been going to the police station with a complaint of occupation of the land continuously.

On 28 July 2022, the accused also attacked him with a bomb. The victim had applied in the court under 156 (3) for not registering an FIR. Then on the order of ACJM Court, an FIR has been registered against 10 people including Apna Dal MLA Vachaspati from Bara Assembly seat.

MLA Vachaspati has been accused of working closely with the members of the Atik gang earlier. Apart from MLA Vachaspati, an FIR has been registered against 8 named and one unknown. In which FIR has been lodged against Faheem, Uday Yadav, Arvind Kumar Kesarwani, Pramod Kumar Kesarwani, Zaid, Jasim Ahmed, Amit Kumar Shukla, Vikas Singh and an unknown.

Case filed in these sections

These people have been registered against these people under sections 191 (2), 192, 193, 308 (3), 319 (2), 318 (4), 316 (2), 316 (3), 332 (c), 115 (2), 115 (2), 352 and 351 (3). At the same time, Dhumganj police station has registered an FIR and started investigating the case.
