Other markets iPhones or iPad users cannot access it.

Regarding the adult content app Hot Tub, Altstore says that the app has also taken permission from Europe’s Digital Markets Act (DMA). The purpose of DMA is to control large tech companies and allow users to download the app from third-party app stores. But Apple is not happy with this decision.
