Armaan Malik divorced his first wife?

According to the news of Bollywood Life, there are reports that the High Court ordered Armaan Malik to divorce either one of the two. Otherwise they will have to face legal action. So there are reports that Armaan has decided to get divorced from Payal Malik and live with Kritika Malik. The report further said that the High Court had ruled in favor of Armaan and divorced him from Payal.

What is the whole matter?

In August 2025, Armaan Malik was summoned by the Patiala District Court. The court issued a notice asking Armaan and his two wives, Payal and Kritika to appear in the court. A petition was filed against Armaan in which it was alleged that Armaan Malik had not two, but four marriages, which is a violation of the Hindu Marriage Act. In which people who believe in Hinduism are allowed only one marriage at one time.
