According to the news of Bollywood Life, there are reports that the High Court ordered Armaan Malik to divorce either one of the two. Otherwise they will have to face legal action. So there are reports that Armaan has decided to get divorced from Payal Malik and live with Kritika Malik. In August 2025, Armaan Malik was summoned by the Patiala District Court. The court issued a notice asking Armaan and his two wives, Payal and Kritika to appear in the court. A petition was filed against Armaan in which it was alleged that Armaan Malik had not two, but four marriages, which is a violation of the Hindu Marriage Act. In which people who believe in Hinduism are allowed only one marriage at one time.

While that case is completely false and baseless. Its truth is going on before the Honorable Court. I am confident of our judiciary that the truth will eventually win. My appeal is, please understand the seriousness of my situation.
