Told that Neeta Kesakar Chaudhary bought two properties from a builder named Dilip Mittal and Rakesh Aggarwal in 2021 and 2022. In one, husband Ashok Chaudhary was named while in the other named his father. About seven crore rupees were spent in the purchase of both property. Their deed number is 2939 and 4640. The question is, where did Nita Kesakar Chaudhary come from?

Neeta Keskar Chaudhary already accused of cheating

He said that Neeta Keskar Chaudhary is already accused in another case of fraud of about three crore rupees from Punjab National Bank. This case is still under consideration in the Supreme Court.

Kishore Kumar also introduced documents for the purchase of property through the Manav Vaibhav Vikas Trust of Kishore Kunal. It is said that its purchase was made between Ashok Chaudhary’s daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary and Kishore Kunal’s son Sion Kunal during the marriage and marriage. Kishore Kumar also told that Ashok Chaudhary got his PA Yogendra Dutt procured property in 2019. Then in 2021, he got the land transferred in the name of his daughter Shambhavi Chaudhary. At the time when Shambhavi Chaudhary was studying, Yogendra Dutt was given Rs 10 lakh from his account. Later, on 27 April 2025, Ashok Chaudhary forcibly deposited Rs 25 lakh in the account of Yogendra Dutt on the income tax notice. The reason is that Yogendra Dutt refused to take the money after four years.
