Ashutosh, who has accused Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwarananda Saraswati, has come under the target of celibate saints. Falahari Baba announced that Sanatani, who cut off the nose of Ashutosh Brahmachari, will get a reward of Rs 21 lakh. Falahari Maharaj said that Ashutosh Pandey should be garlanded with shoes. Falahari Maharaj, President of Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust, described Ashutosh Brahmachari as a ‘cow killer’.

Falahari Baba said that Shankaracharya is revered by 125 crore Hindus. He said that Ashutosh is not considered a Hindu. He says that Sanatani Hindus are being insulted by making disgusting allegations against Shankaracharya Maharaj.

Falahari Baba further said, “Shankaracharya is fighting for our mother cow. He is revered by all Hindus. An adulterer, rapist, cow murderer Ashutosh Pandey is making such disgusting allegations against such revered Shankaracharya. Shame on you for being a Hindu. We also announce that any Sanatani brother who will cut the nose of this Ashutosh Pandey and garland him with shoes will be given a reward of Rs 21 lakh from Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Sangharsh Trust. We do not consider such people as Hindus.

Government should take strict action against Ashutosh Pandey – Falahari Baba

Making allegations, he said, “He is accused of being a gangster, history-sheeter, cow slaughter, fraud and rape.” There is no section of IPC which is not applicable on Ashutosh Pandey. The government should take strict action against such a person. Sanatani will not remain silent until action is taken against them.

On the other hand, a case has been registered against Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati in Jhunsi police station of Prayagraj on the orders of the court in the case of sexual exploitation of children. Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj and others had filed the application under Section 173(4) of BNSS. The petitioner had filed this application requesting direction to register an FIR against Swami Avimukteshwaranand under sections 69, 74, 75, 76, 79 and 109 of the Indian Code of Justice (BNS) as well as sections 3/5/9 and 17 of the POCSO Act.

Ashutosh Brahmachari said that the judiciary, while hearing the case of inappropriate activity with children, ordered Jhunsi police station to register an FIR.

Rajendra Pandey, a resident of Kandhla in Shamli district, was a conductor in a private bus running on Delhi Road. The name of his only son is Ashwini Pandey. After his father’s death, he started cheating to meet his household expenses. And in the very first deception he captured a temple. Sachin Goyal used to be the priest of the temple at that time. It is alleged that in the year 2002, Ashwini Pandey conspired to attack herself with a sharp weapon and filed a case against Sachin Goyal. To save himself, Sachin handed over the temple to Ashwini. And now this temple is in the possession of Ashwini only. The temple is of Shankabhari Devi, in which Ashwini’s uncle Pradeep Pandey is the chief priest.

Contested Lok Sabha elections by fraud at the age of 18

With the capture of this temple, Ashwini became a famous face of the area. In 2004, he was only 18 years old, but in the Lok Sabha elections held that year, he contested the elections from Muzaffarnagar by giving a false affidavit. A case has also been registered for this. In 2006, when he grabbed 25 bighas of land from his neighbours, a case was registered against him. In 2010, he took a house on rent in the name of running a school, but occupied it too. A case has also been registered regarding this. In 2012, he had to go to jail for the first time because he had issued a non-bailable warrant against three people Dinesh Kumar Gupta, Ramkumar Singhal and Shyam Kumar Singhal through the fake signature of a judge. When all three people reached the High Court for bail, it was found that the judge had not given any such order. When the fraud was discovered, the High Court issued an order to arrest Ashwini.

Fraud continued even in jail

When he was arrested and went to jail, he committed fraud in that jail too and issued an order for transfer of the jail superintendent through a fake letter in the name of Minister Mata Prasad Pandey. When he came out on bail, he tried to bribe the Gonda SP to sell beef. The then SP of Gonda, Navneet Rana, collected evidence against Ashwini and cow smuggler Majeed Hasan through a sting and registered a case of cow smuggling. He also raped a woman, against whom a case has been registered. Ashwini is registered as a history-sheeter in the Shamli police records, facing cases like fraud, occupation of government land and many other cases, whose number is 76 A. According to this history sheet, a total of 27 cases are registered against Ashwini, which are registered in districts like Shamli, Gonda, Muzaffarnagar and Lucknow.

Name changed after opening the history sheet

Gangster charges have also been filed against him. He has also become a district badar and is also a criminal carrying a reward of Rs 25,000 by the police. But all these are cases registered against Ashwini Pandey and Ashwini Pandey no longer exists, because after the history sheet was opened and 27 cases were registered one after the other, Ashwini Pandey has changed her name and now she is Ashutosh Brahmachari.

On the allegations of Shankaracharya Swami Avimukteshwaranand, Ashutosh Brahmachari has said that at present Swami Avimukteshwaranand should make public such evidence from some police station, some court, which proves that I am a criminal. He has claimed that a fake list of 21 cases against him was made viral by Swami Avimukteshwaranand and his disciples. An FIR has been lodged by me on this. The police have also said that no list has been provided by them to Swami Avimukteshwaranand nor has any seal been put on that list.

Ashutosh Brahmachari called the allegations baseless

Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj said that the allegations leveled against me are completely baseless because I have no criminal history. Whatever cases have been registered against me, they have been registered only because of religious conflict. Ashutosh Brahmachari said that what Swami Avimukteshwaranand has done with his batukas is wrong. I have not described myself as a victim, rather I am just an informant in this matter. The children have to get justice in this matter and releasing a fake list against me will do me no good. Swami Avimukteshwarananda will have to go to jail and an FIR has been registered on the orders of the court.

Avimukteshwarananda compared with Kalanemi

Ashutosh Maharaj compared Swami Avimukteshwarananda to Kalnemi and said that now the time has come that he will be punished for his actions. The police are investigating this matter and we are fully cooperating with them. Sanatan Nyaya Yatra will be taken out by me which is against Swami Avimukteshwaranand which will completely expose him. Not only this, Ashutosh Maharaj said that Swami Avimukteshwaranand was sitting on a dharna in the Magh Mela at the behest of a Deputy CM. A letter was also sent to the DGP on his behalf in this regard and it is being investigated. Now Swami Avimukteshwarananda will be exposed through Sanatan Nyaya Yatra.

Case registered against Avimukteshwaranand and others under POCSO Act and other sections

Police have registered an FIR against Swami Avimukteshwaranand Saraswati, Mukundanand Brahmachari and 3 unknown people under Section 351 (2) of BNS and Sections 5, 6, 3, 4 (2), 16 and 17 of POCSO Act. Swami Avimukteshwaranand called the plaintiff Ashutosh Brahmachari Maharaj a criminal for registering an FIR against him after the order of the POCSO court and said that many cases are registered against Ashutosh Brahmachari and he has a criminal history.
