If you were looking for a new and affordable range-busted variants of the Ather 450 Series, now you have another option. The company has launched the new 3.7kwh battery variants in India 450s in India. It has a heavy battery replaced by the earlier 2.9kwh battery, so that this model is now able to give an IDC range of up to 161 km. This is the same range to the Ather 450X.

In this new variant of 450s, Ather has earlier 2.9kwh battery In place of 3.7kwh battery, electric riders now get 161 km IDC-rated range, which was earlier available in only 450X models. The company claimed this range, saying that now this variant is perfect for those who want a range of 450X but keep the budget slightly less.

This variant is starting at Rs 1,45,999 (Bengaluru) in India, while in Delhi and Mumbai it ranges from Rs 1,48,047 to Rs 1,48,258.

Performance engagement has also not decreased due to the new range. The scooter has the same 5.4kw motor that generates 22Nm torque and claims to catch 0–40 km/h in just 3.9 seconds, while the top speed can reach 90 km/h. It has four riding modes named Smart Eco, Eco, Ride and Sport.

The scooter variant features a 7‑INC DeepView display similar to the original model, which includes features such as Bluetooth navigation, automatic brightness and atherstack Pro.

In case of safety, this scooter is equipped with technology like Autohold, Fall Safe, Emergency Stop Signal and OTA update support. The Ather Grid network can be used for charging, which has 3300+ charging points across the country. This scooter at home is completed in about 4.5 hours from 0 to 80% charge.
