Initial investigation by ATS has revealed that the Pakistan-based ISIS module was trying to create its own network by misleading the youth in Chhattisgarh. So that a terrorist incident can be carried out anywhere in India. For this, Indian youth and teenagers are being targeted through fake social media accounts. In this case, ATS has registered an FIR for the first time under the United Nations Act, 1967.

Conspiring to build a network in Chhattisgarh ISIS

Of the two youth arrested by ATS, one is from Raipur and the other from Bhilai. Both the youth are minors, aged 16 and 17 years. According to the information, both these youth were very active on social media and were continuously sharing objectionable fundamentalist material. Due to which ATS was keeping an eye on these two for the last one and a half years. ATS has found many objectionable and fundamentalist material and video messages in the mobile phones recovered from these two. It has also been revealed that the Pakistani handler of ISIS was trying to gather a lot of inside information through this youth.

Efforts are being made to convert youth into Jihadis through fake social media accounts.

ATS investigation has also revealed that ISIS handlers based in Pakistan are trying to convert the youth of Chhattisgarh into Jihadis by sending radical material through fake social media accounts. By adding these youth to different groups on social media, they are being provided with anti-India fundamentalist material.

Along with this, efforts are also being made continuously to connect more and more youth. Pakistani handlers are continuously instigating Indian youth and teenagers to participate in anti-India activities through radical statements by involving them in group chats. Besides, the youth are also being continuously instigated to set up an ISIS module in Chhattisgarh. ATS is constantly keeping an eye on social media regarding this. The investigating agencies hope that many more important information will come out during the interrogation of this youth.

Along with this, instructions have been issued to Al-Falah University to remove the AIU logo with immediate effect.

This action has been taken after the arrest of several doctors associated with the university in the Delhi bomb blast case. The investigating agencies have arrested Dr. Umar Un Nabi, Dr. Shahid, Dr. Nisar-ul-Hassan and Dr. Muzammil, associated with the university, in the Delhi bomb blast case.

Ansari has shared a video on his Instagram account, in which a religious leader can be heard criticizing the Indian Muslims for supporting the army and condemning the Pahalgam terror attack. According to the press release, in another video clip shared by Ansari, Imam Abdul Aziz of Lal Masjid in Lahore can be heard making inflammatory statements about establishing a Khilafat System in India through armed revolution against the government. The ATS reported that the third video shows the AQIS leader talking about ‘Gajwa-e-Hind’ and making inflammatory calls to incite violence against the Indian state, targeting members of Hindu community and democratic rule especially.

ATS arrested many states
According to ATS, Ansari was associated with one of the four persons who were arrested two weeks ago for allegedly sharing inflammatory material through their Instagram account. A case has been registered against all the five accused under different sections of the illegal activities (prevention) Act. Officials had said that these four people, including two people from Gujarat, were arrested from different places under the campaign conducted in different states.

He claimed that he was asked to catch Mohan Bhagwat. He further said that I cannot say what the ATS investigated at that time and why I was given some confidential orders about celebrities like Ram Kalsangra, Sandeep Dange, Dilip Patidar and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat. All these orders were not such that they could be followed. Muzawar said that in fact, he did not follow them because he knew the reality.

Muzawar alleged that it was beyond my ability to catch a big person like Mohan Bhagwat. Since I did not follow the orders, a false case was registered against me and it ruined my 40 -year career. The former police officer said that he has documentary evidence in support of his claims. He said that there was no saffron terrorism. Everything was fake.
