In this, 300 candidates were divided into three groups and their tension level, mood and decision -making ability were investigated. Those who did not meditate, did not get symptoms of stress in 70 percent, while 26 percent of people were found to be slightly stressed and 4 % of the candidate tension. At the same time, 92 percent of the people in meditating groups did not show symptoms of stress. Apart from this, 8 % of the people appeared under a little stress, while the symptoms of too much stress were not found in any candidates. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Sadhvi Dr. Nidhi Bharti said that our mind is often called &#8216;Monkey Mind&#8217;, because it is full of constant thoughts, disorders and emotional instability. This fickleness not only affects our production, but also reduces our confidence. He explained through the technique of Brahm Gyan meditation that we can calm and control our mind. He showed through some interesting activities and models that meditation enhances mental clarity, which can organize his thoughts and make the right decisions worth making. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">Sadhvi Manimala Bharti Ji tried to bring the eternal values ​​of India alive in the musical session through Brahm Gyan meditation.
