Infosys Salary Hike: The company is going to give a gift to the employees working in IT company Infosys. This year the company will soon start increasing the salary of its employees. This information has been given by the CEO of the company himself. He has told that the salary of all the employees will be increased in October. However, he has not told by what percentage the salary of the employees will increase.

What did the CEO of the company say?
Infosys CEO Salil Parekh has talked to Money Control about this. During this, he has told that the salary increase will be given in three phases. Most of the employees will get increased salary from October, while the salary of senior employees will be increased in January. The company has given this information along with the results of the first quarter (April-June) of the financial year 2026-27.

Freshers will also be recruited
The company has also said that it is also going to recruit freshers. Infosys has told that it will recruit 20 thousand freshers in this financial year. Of these, more than 4 thousand freshers have already been recruited in the April-June quarter.

Employees are also leaving their jobs
Not only this, the company has also revealed that the attrition rate of employees has increased to 13%, which was 12.6% in the last quarter. At the same time, till June 30, there were a total of 3 lakh 28 thousand 62 employees in the company, which was 3 lakh 28 thousand 594 at the end of March. That means there has been a slight decrease in the number of employees.

The role of AI also increased
Let us tell you that the role of AI is also increasing in the business of Infosys. The share of AI services in the company’s total earnings in this quarter was 8.2 percent, which was 5.5 percent in the December quarter. Apart from this, the company also announced a change in leadership. Ashish Kumar Das has been made CEO-designate. He will take over as the new CEO and Managing Director of Infosys in place of Salil Parekh from April 2027.
