Maruti Suzuki Sales Report 2025: India’s largest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki recorded its highest sales in FY 2024-25 so far. The sales of some popular hatchback models of Maruti Suzuki were lower in 2024-25 as compared to 2023-24. Mini Segment (Alto, S -reso)-142,094 units were sold in 2023-24, while in 2024-25 the number decreased to 125,770 units. The compact segment (Baleno, Dzire, Swift, WagonR)-828,015 units were sold in 2023-24, which declined to 770,737 units in 2024-25.

Record increase in sales of SUV cars

On the other hand, there was a huge bounce in the SUV segment. SUV Sales-2023-24 had 642,296 units, while 2024-25 increased to 720,186 units. The total sales of passenger vehicles (PV) increased to 1,760,767 units.
