India’s Captain Shubhanshu Shukla returned from the 20 -day historical space mission, he lived a moment, which was as funny as it was. While resting in his room in Houston, he closed his laptop and left just as he would float in space, but it was the earth and the laptop fell on the ground.

Even though this moment seems modest, it gives a glimpse of the broader change that astronauts feel on their return. This change is not only of the body, it is also of brain, sensation and habits. Coming back from a world where there is no gravity, it is as challenging as to go there.

Return to Earth from Micro Gravity
The human body in space starts changing according to the atmosphere within a few days. The muscles are loose, bones start losing density and the brain learns new balance. Everything swims in microgravity and the mind also works as the same. This is what happened to Shukla. In another example, he shared that when he took a call from a colleague, he was shocked by his weight. A simple thing, which was familiar for years, suddenly started to look heavy.

Slow is faster, learning for inexperienced astronauts
In an interview with NDTV, Commander Paigi Whitson said that he first taught the Indian party in training that slows down, because if you walk fast in low gravity, you can collide with the walls, drop the machine or harm yourself, but Shukla and his colleagues did not learn this seriously and they do not make it serious and they do not become a balanced and vaginal, they do not become a balanced and vaginal, they do not learn. Has done

1.22 million kilometers journey
Under the Axiom Mission 4 (AX-4), Group Captain Shukla performed 433 hours, ie 18 days and 288 Earth. The journey was about 1.22 million kilometers, which is 32 times the distance between the Earth and the Moon. The cost of this trip was around $ 7 million, which was completed with the help of the Government of India and the private company Axiom Space. This is a new era for the Indian Space Program, in which new possibilities of private partnership, global training and manned space flights are opening.

Post -science science
After returning to Earth, astronauts participate in the rehabilitation program, in which they are again trained to reconcile with gravity. This includes balance practice, strength enhancing workouts and health monitoring. Although they start feeling normal in three-four days, full recovery may take weeks. It is a proof of the flexibility of the body and mental firmness that astronauts successfully pass through this process.

Axiom-4 mission launch live: India’s Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla will leave for space at 12 noon today. This mission is very special for India because Shubhanshu will become the first Indian to visit the International Space Station (ISS) and will be the second Indian to go to space after Rakesh Sharma’s mission in 1984.

Shubhanshu Shukla gave emotional message before launching

Shubhanshu Shukla has given a passionate message before launching. He has appealed to the countrymen to pray for the success of the mission. Shubhanshu said, “I want to tell the people of India that this mission is a milestone and I want you all pray for its success. Even stars can be achieved.”

Shubhanshu will fly from Kennedy Space Center in America

The Axiom-4 mission with Shubhanshu and three other astronauts will fly from the Kennedy Space Center in the US. This vehicle will be connected to ISS at 4.30 pm on Thursday after a journey of about 28 hours. Astronauts will spend about 14 days on ISS and will participate in many scientific and technical experiments there. This mission is running a private company named Axiom Space, which also has the support of NASA and Spacex.

This mission has been postponed 7 times

This mission was averted 7 times earlier. The reason for this was technical problems and pressure in the ISS module. Now all technical work has been completed and everything is ready for launch.

Parents also blessed

Shubhanshu Shukla is fully prepared for his most challenging flight in space. He has taken strict training and has successfully completed all the tests before the mission. The whole country is excited about launching. From Lucknow to Delhi and Bangalore, people’s eyes are on this flight from Shubhanshu. There has been a flood of best wishes on social media including his parents.
