Gaming hardware company Ayaneo has officially announced entry into the smartphone market in its 2025-2026 Strategy Briping. The company has introduced its first gaming smartphone under the name “Ayaneo Phone”. This device is fully designed for gamers and it represents Ayaneo’s classic handheld gaming philosophy. The biggest highlight is that this phone will get a sliding mechanism like Sony Xperia Play (2011), which will give the physical controller slide out from the bottom of the display. Because of this, Ayaneo Phone can be fully customized for gaming experience.

The direct comparison of Ayaneo Phone is recently having a recent launch handheld, such as Anbernic RG Slide, but Ayaneo’s phone will be a full-smartphone, that is, it will get the flexible experience of mobile network support, apps and communication to classic-style physical gaming controls. Although neither its features nor the launch date/price have been confirmed so far, the company has indicated that more details will be introduced in the upcoming Chinajoy 2025 event.

Ayaneo has also launched a new sub-brand called Konkr for its affordable handheld segment. The first product of the Konkr series will be “Konkr Pocket Fit”, which will come with a 6-inch 1080p 144hz display and flagship Qualcomm chipset. According to the company, portability and comfort have been given priority in its design. Also, a Windows based version named “Konkr Fit” will be brought, which will get a 7-inch display and a large battery of 80Wh.

Ayaneo preached two more innovative devices in this biffing, a dual-screen pocket DS and a vertical game boy-style handheld. The launch date, price and more details will soon be revealed in Chinajoy 2025 and Future Livestreams of the company.
