GST Deputy Commissioner of Ayodhya has submitted his resignation in support of CM Yogi. Now a new twist has come in the case of resignation of GST Deputy Commissioner Prashant Kumar Singh. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to convince Prashant Kumar Singh.

For this, senior officials of the district are making efforts. After his resignation, the process of convincing him started. Talks have been going on with Prashant Kumar and senior officials for about 3 hours.

For this reason he resigned

Goods and Services Tax (GST) Deputy Commissioner Prashant Kumar Singh in Ayodhya resigned from his post on Tuesday (January 27). Meanwhile, he said that he is deeply saddened by the recent attempts to divide the country on the basis of caste and religion. Which are allegedly taking place from the holy land of Prayagraj.

Prashant Kumar Singh said, “For the last few days, despicable efforts are being made from the holy land of Prayagraj to divide the country on the basis of caste and religion. I am deeply saddened by this.” He said that this decision has been taken in support of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and the Constitution of India.

These officers are meeting with Prashant Kumar

CDO Krishna Kumar Singh, ADMC Yoganand Pandey, City Magistrate Rajesh Kumar and SP City Chakrapani Tripathi reached the GST office and met Prashant Kumar Singh. On Tuesday (January 27), the Deputy Commissioner resigned after being hurt by Avimukteshwaranand’s indecent remarks on Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Meanwhile, GST Deputy Commissioner Prashant Kumar Singh, who resigned from his post, became emotional while talking to his wife on the phone. Crying, he told his wife that I resigned in support of CM Yogi.

Resigned after Avimukteshwarananda’s allegations

The resignation comes days after Swami Avimukteshwarananda alleged that he and his disciples were prevented from taking a holy dip at the Sangam Ghat during Mauni Amavasya.

He further claimed that during the incident the administration had assaulted his disciples. However, the administration rejected these allegations outright and said that Swami Avimukteshwaranand was going towards Sangam Ghat in a chariot, permission for which was not given due to the huge crowd and the danger of stampede in the religious gathering.
