In this, an additional top-up of Rs 5 lakh will be given by the Central Government and an additional top-up of Rs 5 lakh from the Delhi government.

Elders will get free treatment

The central government has made a big change under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme and has given free treatment to senior citizens who have crossed the age of 70. That is, under this scheme, no condition has been laid for free treatment of elderly above 70 years. The government will treat every elder of the country under this scheme. In this, the limit of income has also not been fixed. Every rich and poor can undergo treatment under senior citizen scheme.

• To avail the Ayushman scheme, you have to go to its official website https://pmjay.gov.in/ and click on ‘Am I Eligible’.
• After this, enter your mobile number, captcha code and login by putting OTP on the mobile.
• Check your eligibility by entering your state and Aadhaar number or ration card number.
• If you are eligible, you can complete the further process and make Ayushman card.
• Apart from this, you can also make Ayushman card with the help of Ayushman Mitra present in offline Jan Suvidha Kendra, Gram Panchayat, ASHA worker or hospital.
