Azam Khan News: The arms license of SP leader Azam Khan’s wife and former MP Dr. Taji Fatima and son former MLA Abdullah Azam has been canceled. The DM court has given this verdict considering both of them as convicted. This case was under consideration since the year 2022, after which the court has now given this order. Both Taji Fatima and Abdullah Azam are currently out on bail.

Azam Khan’s wife Taji Fatima and son Abdullah Azam have a 32 bore revolver license. In the year 2022, the police sent the recommendation report to cancel the weapon license of the three to the DM, after which the cases were under consideration in the DM court. On which notices were issued to the court Taji Fatima and Abdullah Azam. After listening to both sides, the DM court has ordered the cancellation of their arms license.

During the hearing, the DM court searched the criminal records of Dr. Tanzan Fatima and Abdullah Azam and issued an order to revoke the revolver license of 32 bore of both. Along with this, orders have been issued to submit arms to Ganj Kotwali police and send the report to the court. After the court order, Azam family will have to submit their license and arms to the police station.

SP leader Azam Khan is lodged in Sitapur jail these days. Whereas, his wife Dr. Tanzin Fatima and former MLA son Abdullah Azam are currently out on bail. Due to the cases registered on SP leader Azam Khan, the administration revoked their arms licenses in the year 2019. Azam had moved the High Court against this decision, from where he also got relief.
