Seeing the growing controversy, now Badshah himself has come forward and apologized for the song.

Seeing the growing controversy, Badshah himself came forward and apologized to his fans and the people of Haryana through social media. Badshah has shared a video through his official Instagram account, in this video he apologized and said, ‘My new song has been released and I see that because of my lyrics and visual representation in a part of it, the message that has been sent has hurt the sentiments of many people, especially the people of my Haryana. First of all I would like to say that I myself am from Haryana. Those who know me, know that my dialect, food, lifestyle, my identity, everything is from Haryana.

‘I am a proud Haryanvi’
Badshah further said in this video, ‘I am a proud Haryanvi. I never had any intention to say such an absurd thing about any child or any woman of Haryana. I myself come from the hip-hop genre, where the lyrics often look down on the competition or are spoken about one’s rivals. Those words were never meant for any woman or child. Nor will I ever do that. I always tried to take forward the culture of Haryana. If anyone has been hurt by that part of the song, I wholeheartedly apologize to all of you. I hope that you will consider me as a son of Haryana and consider me as your son and forgive me. Along with this, in the caption, Badshah said that this song is being removed from every platform.
