Swati Maliwal on Bajinder Singh: Swayambhu Pastor Bajinder Singh has been sentenced to life imprisonment on Tuesday (April 01) in a 2018 rape case. Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal has responded to this. Welcoming the court’s decision, he said that Bajinder Singh is a completely fraud and hypocritical man. At the same time, he has also questioned the Punjab government.

Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal said, “Fake Pastor Bajinder Singh has been sentenced to life imprisonment in sexual sexual abuse case. I welcome this sentence because Bajinder Singh is a completely false and hypocritical man. Because of his hypocrisy, he has done many conversions in the last few years.”

‘Why Punjab government has been giving protection to Bajinder for many years’

He further said, “He is known for performing fake miracles. Sometimes he pretends to make a dead person alive, sometimes he creates hypocrisy to fix a disabled. I do not understand one thing that why the Punjab government has been giving protection to this Bajinder Singh for the last several years? The security of high label was also given by the Punjab government. I hope that at least the investigation on it will be intensified. It may happen that there are many more girls, it is necessary to rescue them. ”

Court convicted on March 28

Let me tell you that a court in Mohali, Punjab, sentenced Swayambhu Pastor Bajinder Singh to life imprisonment on Tuesday in a 2018 rape case. The court of Additional District and Sessions Judge (ADSJ) Vikrant Kumar ruled on Bajinder Singh’s sentence. Bajinder was convicted on March 28 under sections 376 (rape), 323 (voluntary punishment) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code. This case was registered in 2018 on the basis of a complaint made by a woman at Zirakpur police station.

Pastor Bajinder Singh Convicated: Swayambhu Pastor Bajinder Singh, who came from Punjab, was recently convicted by the Mohali court in the rape case. Today (Tuesday, 1 April), the court sentenced Bajinder Singh to life imprisonment. The last hearing in this case was held on March 28, when the court found Bajinder Singh guilty in the rape case on the basis of all the evidence and witnesses.

This rape case is of the year 2018. The victim says that she was traveling around the court and the police, pleading for justice for the last 7 years. The victim claimed that there are many more women like her, which the pastor Bajinder Singh used to exploit.

Appeal for less punishment
Rape victim’s lawyer Anil Sagar said that the court sentenced the pastor to life imprisonment, which means that he will have to stay in jail till death. This is the biggest punishment after the death sentence. This will also make those people understand a little, who used to fool by showing their magic. He (Pastor Bajinder Singh) appealed that he should be sentenced to less sentence but the court did not accept it.

Bajinder Singh also used to convert to religion?
The victim claimed that Bajinder Singh was fooling people in the name of religion. Bajinder Singh also used to get Hawala money from outside for conversion.

‘Darinda hai bajinder Singh’
In the rape case against Pastor Bajinder Singh, the complainant said that Bajinder Singh, who describes himself as a pastor, is a poor and should be sentenced to at least 20 years.

What is the whole matter?
In the year 2018, a woman lodged a complaint against Bajinder Singh at Zirakpur police station in Mohali. In the complaint, the victim had told that Bajinder Singh had exploited her by pretending to be taken abroad. It was also alleged that by making a video of the rape, he used to threaten that he would make the video viral on the internet if he did not agree.
