BSF clearly said that no evidence of infiltration across the border has been found. These allegations are completely baseless and misleading.

According to BSF, Bangladesh Police had said that the suspects had entered Meghalaya from Huluaghat sector, but the forces deployed on the border did not find any record or information of any such activity. After this statement, discussions between the two countries regarding this sensitive matter have intensified.

There is no evidence to prove that anyone crossed the international border from Huluaghat sector and entered Meghalaya. BSF claims that strict surveillance and vigil is being maintained on the border, so that any illegal activity can be detected immediately.

At around quarter to nine in the night, an angry mob broke the factory gate and dragged Deepu out of the security room. After this he was beaten publicly and murdered on the spot. The truth came out in the investigation: the allegations are completely false

Initial investigation by Bangladesh’s Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) has made it clear that Dipu had neither made any objectionable post on social media nor anywhere else. According to officials, the charge of blasphemy was completely baseless. Investigative agencies say that when the situation worsened, Dipu was handed over to the mob to save the factory, which is a serious mistake.
