It was also said to warn the players that the benefit of the workload will not be tolerated at all.

If this rule applies, then Jasprit Bumrah can come under its target. Bumrah was able to play only 3 matches in the series against England due to this workload management. Bumrah usually bowls at a speed of 140–145 km per hour on average, but his fitness replied in Manchester Tests, due to which his average speed came down to 130–135 km per hour.
