Consuming them in the right quantity and method of processing determines their health benefits, all these things have a direct impact on your health. Therefore, for heart health, they should be consumed wisely and in the right quantity. </p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">According to dietitian Shaikh, heart patients should consume nuts rich in unsaturated fat, fiber and antioxidants like almonds, walnuts and pistachios. Which keeps cholesterol under control. Apart from this, taking limited quantities of raisins and dried fruits like figs are also good sources of fiber and micronutrients. </p>
