<p style="text-align: justify;">FSSAI said that the eggs sold in the country are completely safe. There is no risk of cancer from eating eggs. These claims are misleading and devoid of scientific basis. According to FSSAI, the use of nitrofuran is completely banned in poultry and egg production. Even if traces are found somewhere, it is an isolated case and does not apply to all eggs. According to scientific evidence, such small amounts do not cause cancer or any health problems. </p>

<p>The month of Sawan is considered very sacred in Hinduism. This time is of Shiva devotion and many people worship Shiva in Sawan. This is the reason that this month, people stop consuming eggs and meat and eat sattvic vegetarian food. But there is a question which has always been a topic of discussion whether the egg found in the market is vegetarian or a non -vegetarian, let&#8217;s know.</p>
<p><strong>Egg Vegetarian or Non -Carisian?<br /></strong><br />The egg is a suitable, it contains a lot of nutrients, that is why it is also said that it is Sunday or eat eggs daily. But some people say that the chicken lays eggs, so the egg became carnivorous because chick is born inside the egg.  So let us tell you that the egg is of two types of fertilized and unforty. To fertilize the egg, the hen has to come in contact with the egg. But all the eggs found in the market are unfortunized, these eggs do not get chickens, in such a situation, some people argue that the egg found in the market is vegetarian. <p>According to religious reasons, in Hinduism, Sawan is considered a holy month dedicated to Lord Shiva. During this time, sattvic and vegetarian food is given priority. Egg is considered tamasic food. This is the reason people do not consume eggs in spring. At the same time, there is also the Ayurvedic reason for not eating eggs in Sawan. Sawan is the month to come in the rainy season and there are some rules of food and drink in this season. There is moisture in the atmosphere in this season, so that bacteria grow quickly. This is the reason that in this season people eat satvic food like milk, fruits, vegetables and grains. At the moment, whatever the arguments about eggs, whatever the arguments, but in the Indian vegetarian tradition, egg is not considered as a veg, it is considered completely non -veg for religious reasons.</p>
